Well, this is good news. So you’ll offer tea ware such as cha-hai and small teacups? I really look forward to seeing your quality!

sa11, I agree with you. It is a relief to know about this. Leo, I think terminology does matter to you then. Grouping the tannins in tea as some of the polyphenols becomes conceptually a lot more convenient for you to educate others, doesn’t it? For me, it is a lot more comfortable to swallow.

I had that Genmaicha before too! In the beginning, I was attracted by the warm aroma. I still have half a small pack in my cupboard from two years ago. Don’t know when I could finish it now that I know all the other tea varieties!

Thank you for the suggestion 🙂 I think I’ll try the Silver Curls Spring.

Does this green tea taste good if not so strong? I like my tea lighter.

    Electric kettle is the answer.

Buying in your shop is easy, but I think the best about it is the Information and different interesting ways of finding a tea. It looks so unpretentious and beautiful. Congratulations! And thank you Leo for bringing such joy for me.

I used to be drinking Darjeeling and English breakfast, but after I have found out about the taste difference and health benefits of different teas (thanks to Tea Guardian), I am switching between a few teas each day. I think my favorite till now is White Peony. I steep my tea in a two cup teapot using freshly boiled water. I have been reading about this gaiwan thing and really want to try it.

This seems to carry a good range. I’d like to know if they are reliable too.

So I should be switching to Phoenix oolongs. I don’t think I can get this here. Can anyone suggest a good internet shop?
