Tea List Gallery: Pu’er and other Dark Teas

Dark teas include a number of varieties beyond the more popular subcategory of Pu’er, and we shall grow this list to provide a more comprehensive cross-section. Compressed and other forms of modified teas made from dark teas are included in this list for cross reference and easy finding. Shengcha Puers, although technically is a lightly oxidized tea when freshly processed, it does turn dark through maturing, so we have included them here as well. This also aligns with the popular concept of both shengcha pu’ers and shucha pu’ers both belong to the same category, albeit some inconsistency in tea category definition.
