maybe that is like tea concentrate. many chinese manufacturers make tea concentrate of different taste flavor. taiwan manufacturers make many well selling tea concentrate bottled products for use in bobo cha tea counters. some with real tea, some with artificial tasting matters. this product in website may use one of those tea concentrates. good interest stopper design.
not only supply and demand reason. also many kinds of tea need skillful worker labour cost. skillful labour needs to work long hours to produce these teas. like longjing, like phoenix oolongs, and many others. hand work produced tea very different from machine produced tea.
number not about size, about tea pick quality. 7562 is 3 numbers: 75, 6, and 2. 75 for blend formula, 6 for tea pick quality, 2 for tea factory number. dayi number 2 is menghai tea factory. more body for blend formulas because branches and older leaves are in tea. different tastes together mature easier.
wuyi rock tea always high fire. recent year some not so high. fenghuang dancong never so high fire. fenghuang dancong never get you hot tcm.
even shu cha puer has different types, some use same tea leaves as black tea, some use others only for pu’er. some use tealeaves too big for good grade black tea. some use same kind of tea leaves for sheng cha. they are different

the first one. but it is a bit small if u not good with using gaiwan. very popular size in southern china in all teashops. but not all people have so good quality or design.
