    although popular using tall glass in shanghai hangzhou etc, leo demonstrated the best tasting longjing using yixing pot infusing 5 minutes, like black tea. no top drop no sandwich. standard infusion. he said test on longjing quality and yixing pot quality. best tasting longjing i ever had. like silk with many tastes. using only his lowest grade longjing. like magic he played.

    that teapot very nice, but maybe too expensive for entry level. maybe you buy not so expensive one first to gain experience before buying better one like this. so you dont break it easily or ruin it.

    stirring longjing leaves during infusion not good. better use sandwich technique. water added after tealeaves will make tealeaves sink. please put water in softly. many kinds of tealeaves float. cannot use top drop technique. 

    tell u secret: top drop name and sandwich name invented by leo. no such english names for these techniques b4!

    or maybe organic cert by the communist government. that cert is not reliable or honest. also the word organic in many mainland chinese shops is used like the words best, top grade, etc to sell you things, not really meaning it.

    i don’t think there can be certified tea field in xihu area. all land are fields of longjing so many years before organic certificate came to china.

    that is longjing #43. the different taste not only because of cultivar, but because different origin, land and small area weather. also different frying technik

    darjeeling is not like other black tea or oolong tea. it more is like green style tieguanyin but taste not so good but same in storing. store better in refrigerator. good black tea you can age. darjeeling you cannot.

    there is bad practice but there is also good practice. there is bad puer cake but there is also good puer cake. if you are talking about the same tea professor as most people call him in hk, i can tell you that he know tea a little bit more than he know rocket science. he is not a good example of good tea man. i dun know why he got famous in some previous years. his tea is very overprice as much as his is over famous for his knowledge.

    ha! those are lowest quality producers.. only really low respect teashops in some china teashops sell them. i think too funny people paid 60 usd for such bad brand name. however, taobao may not real price sometimes. i think that tea cake price is normally 20 / 30 rmb in shop. a average quality new puer cake retail over 100 rmb in china.
