They have it 250g per package, that’s more than half a pound of tea per item! I’d rather buy smaller amount for freshness and sampling more varieties. I buy my tea from this shop https://teahong.com

Leo owns this so I feel safe buying from it. And a lot of choices of wonderful tastes. It has transformed my tea experience.

Leo, you are right. I checked on wiki and now understand more about these papillae thing. I will not brush my tongue like before and at least use the softest brush I can find. I heard that the sense of taste decreases over age and I now guess besides aging, abuse of it maybe one reason. That maybe why some of my friends couldn’t taste what I taste in some of the teas. They drink and smoke quite seriously.

Thank you Leo. I also know as in wine after different food the wine may taste differently. Now tea to me the difference can be very dramatic, dependent on the tea-food combination. But tasting differently because of my own health is inspirational. I do brush my tongue, does that help?

I wish I had learned about this. Anyway, I’d like to share with this reader that since changing my tea habit according to Tea Guardian, my health has improved greatly. My own maternity experience could have been a different one had I knew this site back then. Please continue to drink enough liquid and include good quality tea in it. Sweetening your tea or whatever drink with juice or honey or raw sugar is a good idea when you find yourself reluctant for enough liquid. If you are experiencing morning sickness, Leo’s various ginger recipes are great help.

Infusing puer in cold water does not sound right to me. I think Leo mentioned that the better teas for cold infusion are those with more baking, such as those dark color Tieguanyins.

Such beautiful pots and new teawares! Leo, I think you should send some notification to us all about these new products.

This MarshalN has no clue of what Tea Guardian is about.

Thank you both for the suggestions, I think I’ll try the recipe with my old pans and save the money for a good yixing teapot instead.

Thank you ICE! This is as good as any other recipes I have seen! The problem now for me is getting a good wok.

Yes a lot of things are really common sense, but you should read the article and see how much common sense it pointed out is not so common.
