      Dear all,

Some of you may have been wondering why we have not published new articles for two months now. Please accept my personal apologies for being so back-logged in work. The climate and weather have been less than normal for this tea season and it’s been a challenge to us in our commercial operation so much of our efforts have been diverted there.
I have many good news though.
The much awaited Taiwan oolong will receive a first article. I am trying to decide which particular tea should go first. The same is also happening for post-fermented teas.
Some of the many questions about Yixing teapots will hopefully be answered soon with upcoming articles and videos.
I clicked back on the article about myself in Tea Guardian and this paragraph makes me laugh, sarcastically:
“This is Heaven comparing to the 13-hour workdays that I used to have for over 14 years. It is life again being able to exercise, cook a meal, go to the movie, read a book, visit my mom and spend time with people that I like…”
The reality now is, I haven’t been to the gym for over a month now, and working from dawn till bed, usually 2am. Now, let me get some normal life first before I write and make pictures for the Tea Guardian. Hope you understand.
      Yours truly,
      Leo

ps: and we came out winning a lot of great quality teas, some even better than before! That’s for our commercial operation, though. Just want you to be happy for us.

      Commercial operation = TeaHong?

In any case, thanks for letting us know what’s going on.  I think all of us here have picked up on your busy schedule taking much of your time.  It’s an admirable quality, being able to do long hours, I get antsy doing 10 hour stretches at work as it is sometimes and I work one of those feast-or-famine types.

Looking forward to the new articles, should tie in with what I’ve found delving into other fora and blogs.  Taiwanese oolongs seem to have a high regard in the oolong drinking community at TeaChat.  I have one or two samples sitting in my cabnet I’ve been putting off that I should probably get to this weekend…

Regarding the gym, when I bug out of the office I’ll see about linking you some compressed workouts to remedy that – these are all bodyweight, no equipment/gym required types.

      M.

Thank you for telling your status. I have been waiting for your views on Taiwan tea for a long time. Will you be offering them in Tea Hong?

Must be very tiring going to different regions to collect tea within the production season. Rest well first.

I think there is no need to hurry for more articles. Every time I read one I discover so many more to read! Your site is to me is already like a wiki for tea! You rest well first ar!

I hear that the oolong regions have greater difficulties than green and black teas this years. Hope you can win against the odds and deliver same high quality as you always do. I look forward more to your collections this year.

@M, my major income comes from exporting to wholesalers and larger retailers in various countries. Tea Hong is something that I hope will grow to be more profitable than that in the future. I do a bit of something to exercise at home. Just that I get lazy when without the peer pressure inside the gym. Very tired after the long hours too.

@Manila, will keep you updated. I have high hope for a few remaining selections. Hope you’ll like them too.
