If nothing else, thanks for taking the time to look it over. Keep in mind that the brewing guide is targeted towards western style brewing which calls for less tea and longer steeps. Still, if you have any suggestions I’d be happy to hear them. I’ve already made adjustments to the graphic based on previous suggestions.
