How do you tell whether a pot is high density or low density?

I am very interested in this topic too and I think green style oolongs cannot mature. Green style oolongs include green tieguanyin, dongding and other Taiwan oolongs. Phoenix and Wuyi style oolongs mature.

This 3M filter looks very powerful. I wonder how my Panasonic compares. It costed about USD 120, and we have been using it for two years. I think the water tastes much better than before the filter and better than those drinking taps in the parks. Maybe it can still be better with a better filter like this 3M. I’d really love to taste the water from it.

I also heard from some famous people that better water prevents illness and remedy old ones. I don’t remember the filter they use. Just remember it is not really a filter but some metal rods.

So does it mean there are many different kinds of Shuixian trees and some make one kind of dan cong and some another kind and some the ordinary shuixian tea?

I like kyusu too! But I cannot have it in the office because it takes too much space with handle and spout and a cup for it. I can only use the mug in the office.

Perhaps you can try Lanhua Xiang using gongfu style. I think most fragrant style oolongs are better this way.

@Hokusai, thank you. This gives me a lead for an alternative for clients needing to stay near that industrial area.

Nice links, tea soul! Thank you. It is great to have read Tea Guardian’s special feature before reading the articles in these links. So many contradicting information otherwise!
