Also with the Japanese style kyusu are they teapots to be seasoned, by pouring tea over them and they will smell like the tea over time?

ok so you are suggesting a Kyusu clay pot set instead? Can you send me a link? I can buy a Yixing pot and not buy the clay cups, I can use regular or porcelain cups.

I checked out that website…that is a very nice pot, all the pots I looked at under $120 were stock sold out so I guess I am out of luck 🙁
