When you have time, please discuss using tetsubin. People are using it as teapot. I think it is only kettle.

I think more taste in green tea, also more choices of tasting styles. For example, Longjing tastes very good all the time but it is different taste than Gyokuro, or Huangshan Maofeng, or Luan Guapian. All these teas I like very much!

In Japan, we have more canned and bottled tea than many other places. I think perhaps even some supermarket brand is as good taste as big brand names you mentioned in your article. I think they are all bad taste.

Maybe wrong processed puer is not only about caffeine, maybe bad taste quality and bad hygiene are more important consideration.

I had Shiguping oolong when I visited Feng Huang Shan when I stayed in Chow Zhou. I have not climbed to Shiguping. I have never seen it in any tea other shop. It is very good tea.

All I want to say is that I am back home now and have tasted all the teas I got from Fujian Tea Hong. They are medium low quality tea taste. I should buy tea from Mr Leo instead. If I buy from teahong.com, will there be problem sending tea from Hong Kong to Japan at the customs? Do I need to pay import tax?

There is real Fujian Tea Hong in Hong Kong! I discovered it in Sheng Wan! The next street after the famous beef ho fan shop! So ICE is right. But shop name was only in Kanji.

I bought Tieguanyin and Rock Tea. Will taste tonight.

Very nice tea shop. Congratulations too. Would you please tell me if you will offer Japanese green tea?

Hojicha is basic quality loose leaf tea. It is roasted in high temperature to make brown. It tastes very much milder than other Japanese green tea and slightly sweet, therefore good for beginning tea drinking. For more taste, please try other tea varieties. However, I do not know this brand. Maybe old brand from Tokyo area.
