This is a very good idea. There is an encyclopedia about tea in Chinese but I think their glossary is still very limited, although the detail per term is good. I’d also like to see Leo doing that, better in both languages. This babelcarp one is very limited, but I think it is at least a start.
That sounds like a substantial publishing project. It could involve quite a bit of resources to comprise a glossary of terms for such a large topic. I think if you just type in a word in search then you can get a return of all that has been written about it teaguardian.com, and it is already quite comprehensive, although it certainly will be much more concise and easy for me if it is all in a glossary.
