A customer from England put my puer cake for EU chemical safety test and it failed. I was surprised to know that because I always thought buying from Dayi is very safe! He is now asking me to buy for him puer cakes which are up to EU standard. Because I have been buying only from Dayi, and because they fail too, I have no idea who to go to! This really is a big blow for me! Any ideas or leads would be much appreciated.
can u pm me what batch from dayi has the problem? maybe some has problem others no problem. i hope.
Maybe the problem is with sheng cha? They are too big and producing too much for good control. Their leaf collectors have been going everywhere and I have no doubt that there is not much consideration for food safety. I am glad that your client is taking the initiative to put a discus through the EU MRL test, coz that would be the price for the puer plus that of the test. Few compressed puer producers are good in quality control and safety management. PM me if you want the names.
