I wish I had learned about this. Anyway, I’d like to share with this reader that since changing my tea habit according to Tea Guardian, my health has improved greatly. My own maternity experience could have been a different one had I knew this site back then. Please continue to drink enough liquid and include good quality tea in it. Sweetening your tea or whatever drink with juice or honey or raw sugar is a good idea when you find yourself reluctant for enough liquid. If you are experiencing morning sickness, Leo’s various ginger recipes are great help.
