A total tea lover and in fact my favorite is Matcha Green Tea because it is loaded with antioxidants that are great for health. It helps in reducing free radicals from the body and improving the formation of new cells. This naturally helps in the overall rejuvenation of the body. Also, matcha tea does not cause any side effects because it is completely organic.
