    God! They are trying to charge me 200 Honkies for delivery!!!!! I don’t believe this. It is only 100g of tea!

    I wish I could be there in Hong Kong. Any suggestions for getting it in an internet shop would be much appreciated. I can read a little bit of Chinese.

    I agree that is a very attractive recipe too. Do you think I can substitute it with sencha? I have a very good one from Itoen. If so, do you think I should use 90 degree C water or do you think I should use 75 as recommended by Itoen?

    So will you offer such courses again? I can stay in Hong Kong for two weeks for it if I plan ahead.
