I bought oolong tea twice from Jkteashop. The first time, one year ago. Its tea is not excellent but also not bad for a low price. I would prefer a sweeter taste and less flowery, but it only is my opinion. However I had to wait more than one month to receive the order. The second time, at the beginning of last November, similar quality however, I received the product during January. More than two months waiting!! Besides I also bought two cups of borosilicate glass. They sent only one cup (they forgot the second), and it had small crashes inside the glass, not due to the shipping but to the manufacturing. I sent several emails to them asking for a solution, and I did not receive any answer or apology. Then, I can only say that I will never buy from this seller again.
