Hi Leo, wow, I wouldn’t know you’d use strong words like that, but I think you must be quite angry about inaccurate information. I did some comparison and I think I’ll try to get some green oolong to understand your writings even better. Thx

I feel that my lips and tongue feel very dry, sometimes even burning, after coffee, but not tea, even a lot of green tea. However, I think I am retaining too much water in my system. How does that explain?

I was asking because I had bought a Wuyi Shuixian Oolong initially for trying Tea Guardian’s ginger recipe. It was good as is but I found it even more enjoyable with milk and sugar. It is not like other black tea. In fact, I finished drinking the whole bag with milk and sugar.

It’s so very nice of you two. I was beginning to have this flu that I am having now. I don’t think it was the tea at all. But thanks for all the info.

Should I now drink tea at all before recovery?

No worries! There is already more than enough tea reading for a very long time!

Thank you for the tips. I don’t think I’ll bother to check. Won’t waste my time and money on it.

It’s good to have two New Year celebrations in a row! Happy Chinese New Year! People say Kung Hei Fat Choi in London. That means wishing you good fortune!
