Leo, the article about Shiguping Oolong is very interesting. I have a few questions:

What is the name of that cultivar they are using?
What is the Chinese name of that village you talked about that really produced that tea?
Do you know where I can buy this tea?
Looking foreward to your reply soon.

In that article, you have compared the three oolongs each with a different degree of oxidation. You also mentioned that the Taiwan and Minnan oolongs could use more oxidation time. What are the specific durations and what change will more oxidation give the latter two oolongs?

These are big questions to answer. Will come back to them later tonight. Anyone with comments or answers to these are welcome.

I had Shiguping oolong when I visited Feng Huang Shan when I stayed in Chow Zhou. I have not climbed to Shiguping. I have never seen it in any tea other shop. It is very good tea.
