Re: Tea Preparation Table Without Water Draining Hose

Thanks for responding, I am really interested to hear what comes out of this discussion and I will grab the dimensions of my current tray after work today.  Just to be clear, my tray insert is capable of handling a one person operation of collecting water but the positioning of my prep table on my tea cart, makes it hard for me to simply pull it out to empty.  I have to take everything off the table, pick up the entire table, place it on another counter and then pull out the tray to empty.  The water hose would be a big convenience and a clever add-on to a really great table.
