If you are looking for a teashop, Ying Kee (英記茶莊)is the easiest to find one and quite consistent in price and quality. There should be one in Tsimshatsui on the Kowloon side. Although they give you no surprise in selection and always make a good profit margin, it’s more reliable than a few other shop with branches in Kowloon.
As for Zhongshan, I did not have any good experience there in shopping: most teashops in commercial areas either have very unreliable quality or ridiculous prices. However, tea serving in the hotel restaurant (as well as the dimsum) in Zhongshan Bin Guan (中山賓館)is a pleasant surprise. The tea is acceptable quality and the service and price are good. I have not been there for a few years now, but last time special order of gongfu service was around 20 RMB for a tea.
