maybe that is like tea concentrate. many chinese manufacturers make tea concentrate of different taste flavor. taiwan manufacturers make many well selling tea concentrate bottled products for use in bobo cha tea counters. some with real tea, some with artificial tasting matters. this product in website may use one of those tea concentrates. good interest stopper design.
