@Betty and sa11, I agree with you, but I do think that people on the street or those who serve you in a restaurant cannot really represent all of a culture. If I maybe bold, it is rather like we cannot say all German are Nazis after seeing a WWII film. The depth of any people needs to be understood at different levels and means. This site happens to have a Hong Kong background because of Leo.
