When you flag a discussion or a comment, the forum admin and the moderators will see in their control panel that flagged posting. You may flag a posting for any reasons that you think that need to draw our attention. None others will see it.
When you press the flag button, a window will pop up to ask if you want to give a reason to flag that posting. This message will also be confined only to the admin and the moderators.
We think this is a very civilized way for everyone to keep this forum nice and healthy.
