      A reader wrote to us with the following comment. We’d love to post it here for the community to respond to:

      I am wondering what happened to the original GREEN
      tea which had a great flavor also.  It was really green.
      Now the green tea is like water.  I know I used to be 
      able to get the real thing in restaurants back in the 1960s.  Also had in at home in the 50s.  Thank you.

      You must be talking about sencha. I think some restaurants now use poor grade sencha so no taste. You can buy good grade sencha for green color and good sencha taste.
