Personally, I prefer tea because it gives a refreshing feeling, specially after a long day of work. Its my favourite hot drink which I look forward to everyday. I usually like indulging in a Ceylon black tea which is strong in flavour and its powerful in antioxidants. ( Moderator: promotional message mediated )
