A friend gave me a tin of Bai Mao Hou. I showed it to a teashop owner downtown and he said it is a white tea. We tasted it. It reminded me of something similar from Leo’s shop. I came back to check on the site, and voila! It is Silver Curl Spring! The first green tea I bought from the shop. So who is right: is it green, or is it white?
of course green tea bai mou hou it is. people mistake recognise white color means white tea. many green tea has white color too. white tea can mature. green tea not. different tea not by color, by what is inside tea leaves
