I was wondering if anyone knew about tea and possible effects on blood circulation. I suppose it is all related to metabolism, but I was curious anyhow to see if there is any particular type of tea that can especially promote circulation.
I started thinking about this because sometimes my feet become cold during the winter, and at worst I can develop chilblains. This is when your feet are often cold, and there is mild tissue damage, so the toes become swollen and red sometimes.
Ginseng, not tea. Don’t sit for a long time.
Ah, I’ve never really tried ginseng before this. I just got some pills and some ginseng slices. From what I can feel so far, the basic thing is that it causes qi and blood to become more active. Interesting… I like it… 🙂
I’ll have to remember to go for more walks, and do more stretching as well.
